Who legally owns the intellectual property and source code? +
You do. 100% of custom code, database migrations, CI/CD scripts, and design assets are developed directly inside your private Git organization under an unencumbered intellectual property transfer clause. We claim zero residual ownership.
How do fixed milestone payments work? +
Projects are broken down into 3–4 transparent milestones defined in the Statement of Work. You never pay 100% upfront. Milestone funds are held in escrow or invoiced upon live staging deployment and your written acceptance of deliverables.
Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)? +
Yes. We execute mutual or client-provided bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements prior to reviewing proprietary technical documentation, API credentials, or product specifications.
What happens if our product scope changes mid-project? +
We handle scope adaptations through formal, written Change Orders. Before any new feature is developed, our lead architect specifies the exact cost and timeline adjustment for your approval. You will never receive an unexpected bill.
